Reports to: Director, Productions
Summary: This position will act as game entertainment support and productions game staff liaison, as well as handle the coordination of anthem requests
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
Productions and Game Entertainment Support
- Handle scheduling, parking, payroll, and communications to productions staff
- Assist with uniform procurement and distribution within the department
- Assist with ball girl/ball boy staff administration
- Assist in drafting the public address announcer scripts, programming schedules and feature logs
- Assist with the coordination of pre-game ceremonies and special events
- Handle other administrative support duties for the department, including, but not limited to, coordination of meetings, phone coverage, processing invoices and handling paperwork for MLB copyright fixation process
Anthem, Color Guard and Flyover Requests
- Review and respond to all requests
- Establish contact with existing and prospective performers
- Maintain master schedule of performer and communicate that information to appropriate departments
- Arrange ticketing, parking, and equipment needs for performers
- Lead game day execution of performers
- Provide appropriate follow-up with performers after the engagement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience within a professional sports environment
- Strong telephone, written, verbal, and e-mail communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work during regular business hours and have the flexibility to work event hours plus some weekends and evenings
- Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable
