Marketing and customer service intern As an intern in the marketing department of FGI you will have a variety of responsibilities. * Write content and copy for the company website * Respond professionally and quickly to online panelist/customer concerns and questions * Develop and queue up email marketing blasts to clients * Work within Hubspot and Salesforce to ensure contact quality and track website visitors * Copy edit final reports, PowerPoint presentations, and other documents * Assist project managers with tasks such as archiving information, data input and special research requests * Assist coworkers with tasks such as sending out survey incentives, data input, research etc. Desired skills and experience Our internships are designed to utilize and improve basic work skills, while giving employees the opportunity to add their own creative flair.

To succeed at FGI, we recommend you arrive with the ability to meet the following criteria: * Must be majoring in or have considerable coursework or internship experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, English, or related field * Attention to detail * Superior writing, editing, and researching ability * Computer skills to include comfort with web and social media apps, Microsoft Office. * Great work ethic * Ability to begin work May 2012 and stay through to at least May 2013 * 1520 hours per week, flexibility available * Reliable transportation to and from the office How to apply Send your resume along with 3 writing samples (one school paper and two from other sources such as a presentation you created, a school newspaper article, or a blog) and a copy of your transcripts (unofficial is okay) to Ms. Corey Dall, Marketing Coordinator, at cdall@fgiresearch.com.
