JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an intern to assist in day to day operations while learning entrepreneurship and small business know-how at our arts and entertainment studio! You will be working during the day in a laid back atmosphere where the owners will depend on you to work independently on daily assigned tasks. Your duties will vary as follows:
o Set up the studio for evening classes (paint brushes, easels, canvas, paint, etc.)
o Trace canvases for classes and events
o Aid with “event” nights where collage/mod podge is needed (transferring photos onto canvas with mod podge, paste, etc.)
o Attend and assist at events in the community
o Assist with updating our reservations through our online booking system
o Run small errands as needed
o Help devise marketing campaigns by doing marketing research
o Create and update spreadsheets to track supplies and help with ordering materials
REQUIREMENTS:
o The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and personable, have a strong work ethic, is not afraid of paint, and is creative and ENERGETIC!
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
