Seeking students for our downtown Decatur branch. Earn the chance to work and learn about the sales & marketing side of global import / export operations, specifically, customs brokerage and international freight forwarding logistics.
Must have: Full Adobe Suite – InDesign and Illustrator experience.
Prefer: Flash, Fireworks, After Effects, and Premier.
Position is an engaging mix of hands-on research, administrative support, data mining, web-based projects and use of our software to strengthen and support the company’s sales & marketing activities, which include: standard PR tasks, competitive intelligence research, sales lead qualification, preparing print & digital advertising materials, project work and daily tasks.
*Seeking working-knowledge of Adobe design programs, including Adobe Creative Suites series and Flash.
Assist with marketing-related tasks, including but not limited to:
Ö Support the creation of internal marketing publications
Ö Lead qualification
Ö Sales support, including report monitoring, trade show assistance
Ö Design of customer giveaways, ordering/distribution process
Ö Managing marketing supplies and marketing expense spreadsheet
Ö Creation of marketing materials and presentations
Ö Support research needed to carry out new projects
Ö Assembling new customer kits
Must be/have:
§ Full Adobe Suite hands-on knowledge and ability to use immediately.
§ Social medial background.
§ Reliable. Punctual. Organized.
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
§ Discipline to implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
§ Team player able to build trust and prove dependability.
§ Very strong computer/tech skills (Excel, Office, Databases).
§ Critical thinker.
