Brand: Redken 5th Avenue and Pureology, (L’Oreal USA) Division: 100 (Northeast and New England) Employment Timeline: TBD by HR Key Team to Support: Business Development Manager (BDM) Salon Development Manager (SDM) Educational Event Manager (EEM)

General Responsibilities:

  • Salon Development

o Help to implement salon business-building programs, aimed at growing the Redken/Pureology business within key chosen salons o Support SDM position, and work/ride with Distributor Sales Consultants to spread the Redken/Pureology message and analyze opportunities of business growth o NOTE: There is a chance that a large portion of time will be spent in the Pittsburgh, PA market, requiring overnight stay

  • Sell-in/Planning Meetings

o Support/Shadow BDM in selling-in monthly promotions to distributor buyers, and planning sales execution with Distributor Sales Management

  • Monthly Sales Meetings

o Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of monthly distributor sales meetings o Present monthly promotions, along with BDM/SDM, to roughly 30 distributor sales consultants and 2-3 Sales Managers

  • Store Network Support

o Play a key role in planning business/education programs for Division 100 stores o Organize and plan Redken/Pureology Education classes in CB Sullivan o Execute administrative tasks in education planning and product-setup (Artist Booking and New Item Forms)

  • Education Support

o Support and assist EEM in all agreed-upon aspects (Education planning, booking, execution, etc.)

  • Intern Employment Project (TBD)

o Continually gather and analyze information to effectively present findings at conclusion of internship
