Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with input of proposals into ad systems
- Processing of Insertion Orders and/or revised Orders
- Work with Ad operations on maintenance and optimization of all campaigns
- Assist with campaign reporting and invoices
- Assist Sales team with new leads and sales presentations
- Assist sales team with developing digital campaigns and custom integration ideas
- Provide research and analysis with respect to sponsors and publishers
Requirements:
- 4 year college degree – Marketing, Business, or Commercial programs preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in busy environment.
- Passion for soccer
- Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary, with strong presentation skills a plus.
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail a MUST
- Must have superior customer service skills
- Capable of working proactively with multiple departments to achieve results
- PC Savvy: Microsoft
