Healthy Living with Tonya and Myra, a radio talk show series based in Atlanta,
seeks a social media intern to assist in its weekly operations. The ideal candidate
should be a self-starter with above-average interpersonal skills and an interest in
radio broadcasting and health-related issues.
Responsibilities:
• Producing weekly blog posts, to be published on TonyaAndMyra.com,
recapping the show’s live radio broadcast which airs on Saturdays
• Writing and submitting weekly press releases promoting the show’s
upcoming broadcasts
• Engaging the show’s online audience on weekdays through social media,
including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
• Recruiting members of the show’s online audience to contribute to the
website’s “Amen Corner” page.
• Pitching and writing a minimum of two health-related blog posts per week
for the website
