Marketing Intern Job Description
Pecheles Automotive, a Greenville based company founded in 1967, employing 150 professionals in Eastern North Carolina is looking for a Marketing Intern. The Marketing Intern will not be a gopher, but will be treated as an equal member of our team. Our marketing encompasses: Public Relations, Event Planning and Execution, Media buying, Advertising Creative for TV Radio Print Web and Social, Web and Social content, Contests, internal marketing, external and internal events and more, much more.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- Computer literacy-Office Suite, Facebook, Databases, the ability to learn proprietary software, Photoshop experience a plus.
- Critical thinking: We need active participation, someone willing to challenge, expose and explore new ideas in a fast paced professional, fast changing industry.
- Can do attitude: Marketing’s job is to say: “Yes, we can.”
- Flexibility: Ours is a 6 day a week business, we have Friday night and Saturday commitments, which require our presence. We take ownership in our events.
- Attention to detail: We check forward and back and forward again, our goal is excellence.
