First Course- Butternut Squash and Apple Soup
Second Course -Mixed Greens with Dried Cherries, Sugared Pecans and Blue Cheese Crumbles with Warm Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette, paired with Intermezzo Sparkling cider with orange segment and chiffinade mint in a demitasse glass
Fourth Course – English Cut Prime Rib au Poivre with Balsamic Reduction, Haricot Verts and Red Peppers with Almonds served with Dinner Rolls and Butter
