Areas that will be included in the internship inclue sales, customer service, order invoicing, logistics, presentation/setup, community outreach, web updatintg, email ordering communication, and prime cost control/inventory.
Rep Express is fast-paced and unlike some catering companies, they have events almost every day of the week and sometimes three times each day. Excellent communication skills are a must as well as excellent organizational skills and great time management. Rep Express is innovative, offering dinners to go, box lunches, intimate dinner parties of 8, large corporate functions,and anything in between.
