Responsibilities:
Candidate responsible for content management of wqam.com and wkis.com. Fast-paced, high quality web/graphic design required. Involvement in all facets of the programming and sales. Responsible for weekly email blast, shooting and editing video, interview athletes/artists, press conferences, extension of on air talent brand and promotions. Candidate must be experienced in all social media. Will develop and follow all texting campaigns for programming, sales and promotions. Must love and understand sports.
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of experience as a designer
-An awareness of current trends in website development
-Proficient in HTML (CSS a plus)
-Proficient in Adobe CS Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
-Shooting and editing video a MUST
-Must be able to update multiple social networking sites, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
-Experience in Drupal a plus
-Ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules
-Highly organized and able to multi-task
-Strong presentation and communication skills
-Strong work ethic…not a 9-5
Applicants should have an online portfolio, demonstrating experience successfully designing and creating numerous projects including various graphic designs. Full time position, in office only, work environment is friendly but busy.
