• An open, dynamic, and entrepreneurial work ethic with a demonstrated passion for the Social Media space, Web 2.0 technologies and creating social movements with new media
• Extremely savvy and knowledgeable of social media trends, innovations, and technology
• A high aptitude for design and layout skills
• Strong strategic thinker and ability to formulate business strategy
• Ability to emotionally connect with clients verbally and in writing
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of print and electronic media
• Ability to conduct presentations before a group
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to edit and proof-read
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat Reader
• Adobe Illustrator or design/website related software programs a plus
HOPE Fellows will have a minimum GPA of 3.0 from an accredited university.
