Position Description
BoomTown is a growing, thriving, small business made up of smart, motivated people! We are looking for 5 individuals to join our Operations team as a Project Coordinator on a temporary assignment. BoomTown recently innovated the current design of our consumer facing websites and our clients need to go through an upgrade process to receive the new design. Through this role, you’ll partner with our Operations Team to manage the re-design process; the transition of existing client websites from our current platform to a new, WordPress-based platform.
This is a temporary role with a scheduled 12 week assignment. Overall, the Project Coordinator on a temporary assignment is responsible for the timely migration of our websites, including interfacing with the client on an as-needed basis, re-provisioning the website, and re-formatting custom content pages. This opportunity will be ideal for a personable, highly organized, and process minded individual that has a positive attitude and is eager to learn more.
This is an hourly, temporary position.
Key responsibilities:
- In the first two weeks, develop an understanding of the BoomTown platform and the re-design process for our websites through hands on training.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Success Managers, Design Team, and Compliance Coordinator) to prepare 15 client websites per week for re-design.
- Independently transition client websites from the current BoomTown platform to WordPress, using the outlined process.
- Communicate with clients at predetermined stages throughout the re-design launch process and ensure a successful transition.
- Present the redesigned website to clients and set expecations for client deliverables and launch timeline.
- Maintain a detailed project timeline and closely monitor the project schedule to ensure all websites are launched on the new platform withing the expected timeframes.
- Communicate bugs and non standard client customizations to your Project Lead.
- Coordinate with Success Managers to prepare client websites for re-launch.
- Identify projects that are at risk of not launching on time and escalate client concerns to your Project Lead as needed.

You’ll really impress us if you have:
- Experience in a project coordinator role, managing multiple clients.
- Strong communication skills are a must (phone, email, etc.).
- Exceptional, grammatically correct writing skills.
- Experience with web design/development and Photoshop is a plus, but not required.
- Understanding of the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
