Title: Digital Marketing Intern Maybelline NY-Garnier-essie Location: New York, NY The Maybelline/Garnier/Essie Digital Team seeks a smart, detail-oriented, highly-organized and self-motivated individual for key, entry-level support role. This team member will provide day-to-day support to two Digital Content Marketers for the Maybelline –Garnier – Essie brands in the digital space. Responsible for providing creative content support to the Digital Marketing Team for Maybelline, Garnier and Essie digital experiences ensuring a best-in-class experience for users: •Traffics brand website content updates between Marketing and Digital Creative agencies •Assists production with agencies •Assists with brand promotions •QA’s site Product Catalogue updates ensuring optimum experience for users •Manages digital creative asset flow between Marketing and digital agencies •Assists in gathering brand site and email marketing analytics for monthly reports •Assists in the creative development and deployment of email marketing campaigns Administrative/Financial Duties: •Creates Purchase Orders for digital creative projects •Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, etc •Pulls metrics from Google Analytics Educational / Specialized Training Requirements: •Bachelor’s Degree (recently graduated-2013) Work Experience Requirements •Bachelor’s degree, preferably with coursework and/or internships in the media, advertising, integrated marketing or digital marketing fields •Has a passion for digital media and devices, considers him/herself an “early adopter” of digital trends – passion for music and style a must! •Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills coupled with a professional demeanor. •Highly-organized, attentive to detail and accuracy, efficient and process-oriented •Must have strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous priorities •Ability to think ahead, anticipates logical next steps and likely follow-up questions, and plan for contingencies •Skilled in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus, but not required •Able to commit for 12 months
