Big Nerd Ranch seeks a super smart, tech-savvy intern for a challenging 6-9 month internship (part-time) in its PR & Marketing department. Are you studying PR, marketing or another communications field? Or, do you have a strong interest and a bit of relevant work experience?
We offer a great training ground to hone your craft and put what you’re learning to use. It’s a hands-on experience helping tell the story of Big Nerd Ranch and its talented team of Nerds.
Our ideal candidate will be:
- Studying PR, marketing or communications, or have a strong interest and some relevant experience
- A strong writer proficient in varied storytelling styles for web, print and social media
- Comfortable with using social media and its tools
- Curious, able to ask questions and accepting of feedback
- Tech savvy (we are predominantly an Apple office) with some video editing experience (iMovie, FinalCut or other. Not mandatory but preferred.)
