Eyewitness News is looking for a full-time Associate Producer to join the #1 team in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
The Associate Producer will be required to write scripts for newscasts like vo’s, vosot’s and natvo’s. The Associate Producer must demonstrate a willingness to learn how produce newscastsfor WSOC and WAXN. The Associate Producer will also be required to write for all digital platforms which include wsoctv.com, Facebook and Twitter.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants should have a four year degree in either Journalism or English. Past broadcast news experience and broadcast internships are a plus. Qualified candidates should also demonstrate knowledge of the emerging role of social media in the broadcast industry.
