Student Internship Description
Fall 2013
The ECU School of Dental Medicine (SoDM) Director of External Affairs is seeking a student who would like an unpaid internship for the fall semester of 2013. The internship will include these tasks among others:
- Assisting in planning and executing special events
- Creating Excel spreadsheets
- Making phone calls to external constituents and vendors
- Taking photos at special events
- Assisting with story writing and social media posts
- Assisting with tours of Ross Hall
- Internet research
Intern must be dependable, friendly, and eager to work. The SoDM uses Mac computers, but if intern is unfamiliar with Macs, assistance will be given. Knowledge of Excel program will be a plus.
