POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides support for the Marketing and VIP departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
· Marketing:
o Handles high volume tasks and assists with daily functions (e.g preparing press kits and marketing material, waitstaff packets, data entry, copying and filing)
o Assist in packing/unpacking
o Maintain marketing materials for press kits
o Oversees donation requests
o Distributes flyers/posters weekly to all departments on property
o Post upcoming events
o Answer incoming calls and take messages as needed
o Assist with maintaining the e-mail list and coordinating bi-weekly e-mail blasts
o Other duties as assigned
· VIP:
o Assist with maintaining VIP renewal letters
o Assist with maintaining VIP database
o Provide content for monthly VIP Newsletter
o Available to work “special events”
o Other duties as assigned
