FX Media Relations Undergraduate Internship – Fall 2013 (New York, NY)

The Media Relations team is responsible for securing press coverage for all FX original series, acquired content and the network as a whole via electronic press, print journalists, and online media

Job Duties:
Daily media clip report

Compiling series clip binders

Updating monthy movie listings

Premiere/red carpet events

Assisting with essentials for TCA conferences

Organizing and archiving press materials

Other projects as needed

Intern will gain hands on publicity experience with regards to event planning, talent relations and media interaction. They will gain professional corporate entertainment experience by working closely with the Media Relations team which operates on tight deadlines with close attention to details.

Qualifications

Undergraduates Only (sophmore – senior year)

Must be available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week

Communications, PR or Media Relations majors preferred

Must have a sincere interest in Media Relations
