General Responsibilities:
Answer email inquiries regarding Culinary Events.

Assist with sending shipments from the national office to event sites and volunteers and tracking shipments to their destination.

Attend weekly Field Department and Event meetings.

Assist with special projects as assigned.

Answer phones at front desk as needed.

Assist Coordinators with mailings from the Field department.

Provide support to Field team members.

Communications and Social Media:
Assist with various communications and media projects and reports.

Media report

Creating and sending press kits upon request.

Data Management:
Work with event management and reporting module in Raiser’s Edge to ensure that all event information is entered correctly (training provided) for nearly 60 events.

Work closely with Regional Coordinators & Directors to support their data needs.

Follow up with event organizers on event information – venue, admission times, ticket prices, shipping information, venue and shipping contacts, etc.

Culinary Event’s Intranet site.

Event Support:
Provide support to national and remote staff as needed.

Research auction items for events that require additional auction support.

Research food/culinary/hospitality blogs in cities where we hold events, noting who the public relations contact is for event promotion.

Event Reconciliation

College credit or a small stipend is available.

Reports to: Senior Operations Manager, Culinary
