Summary
This position is for candidates with a sincere interest in working on sponsorships and sports properties. This is a full-time position based in New York, NY and lasts for 6 months.

Primary Responsibilities
a) Assist with managing MLS and SUM Partners
b) Planning and execution of MLS events, FMF U.S. tour, and CONCACAF tournaments
c) Manage FMF merchandise inventory for partners
d) Organize partner assets (i.e. pool tickets, player appearances)
e) Handle department’s budget (tracking invoices, check requests, etc.)
f) Direct contact with clubs and partners
g) Help provide market research for MLS and SUM partners to aid in their marketing/activation plans
Positions within the Partnership Marketing department require excellent interpersonal skills, acute attention to detail, and a strategic eye for business opportunities. Strong written and verbal skills are essential as well as an innate ability to gain consensus.

(g) Spanish fluency is a plus
(h) Willingness to take initiative and proactive approach
(i) Previous experience in the sports business industry is preferable
