The Women’s Small Business Accelerator, Inc. (WSBA) is seeking interns to work on marketing and research projects which help to establish our organization as the go-to resource for education, support, and information for women business owners (WBO’s).

We will be launching a new initiative in October to provide online news and resources focusing on the legislation, policies, news, statistics, and media which affect WBO’s. We are seeking at least 2 interns to help create and launch this new initiative, and to be involved in on-going content creation.

Key tasks would involve:

  • Writing content (including research-based news articles, interviews, book reviews, etc.)
  • Assisting with social media engagement
  • Researching and gathering data, and creating reports based upon the findings

Requirements:

  • Research experience
  • Strong writing capabilities
  • Familiarity with social networks
  • Ability to manage your time effectively

We are seeking interns for 10-20 hours each week to work at our Westerville-based office during the 2013 Autumn semester. The internship is unpaid. However, we will gladly provide references for exceptional performance and work with your education institution on credits, if available.
