University Primetime

University Primetime offers college students the unique experience to be a part of a start-up company (UniversityPrimtime.com) for every college across the country.  The internship is a non-paid learning experience with the opportunity to receive payment when various sponsorship/sales opportunities arise.

 

If a local sponsorship/sale is made, a 10% commission will be paid to the intern/sales rep to be paid by University Primetime.  All sponsorship sales must be pre-approved by the CEO of University Primetime in writing.  A sales guideline sheet will be distributed to interested interns once the internship is approved and finalized.

 

University Primetime is building a website catering to students and providing information that is important to students’ everyday life.

UniversityPrimetime.com is a website that will allow college students to find collegiate information conveniently and in one location.

 

Students will be able to find all events going on at or near campus; especially Athletics, Educational Information, Greek Life, Campus News, Campus Events, Restaurants and Nightlife!

 

All information that a college student cares about will be just one click away! University Primetime aims to give college students a website never done before. On the University Primetime website, a student would be able to click on any college as long as it is featured on our website and see anything going on at its University.  It is extremely difficult to find out information through other websites, and University Primetime aims to make information easily accessible to college students all over the country and eventually worldwide.

 

College students can now see what goes on at their University for a campus event, sporting event, nightlife event, local talent at their school, local restaurants. businesses and much more. Working with University Primetime is an internship like no other and many students are already excited about and the site hasn’t even launched yet!

 

Students who are able to obtain an internship through their University will work with fellow “campus reps” from their University and work on building their team to establish and recognize a brand team on their campus.

 

Students will work together and build their communication skills as well as learn how to work well as a team to run their school section on our website to make it the best possible!

 

 

 

 

In order for a Student to be an intern with University Primetime the student must:

 

1)    Have strong communication and writing skills

2)    Enjoy working as a team

3)    Want to represent their college on University Primetime in a positive manner

Internship Opportunities:

 

  1. Sales/Sponsorship/Advertising — Be an influential part of bringing in revenue to the University Primetime team. Individuals who work on our Sales staff creates their own excel sheet of perspective clients, preferably those that are involved in the college market. Pay is based off of 10% commission and what you make of it! If you are a hard-working, diligent, and passionate individual; then working in Sales for University Primetime is something that would be of interest to you! Those involved in Sponsorship will contact local businesses on a daily basis that would like to advertise with University Primetime. This involves contacting local businesses, restaurants a, etc that would like to be a sponsor with University Primetime.

 

  1. Blogging – Be a part of the team that provides the daily content for our website launching soon!  We have over 1,000 campus reps from over 200 different universities that will be providing the content for their school.  Bloggers get to put on their resume that their content was viewed by thousands of people across the country!

 

  1. University Primetime will also provide four (4) one hour sessions on sales, marketing, start up business, start up website, event planning and digital internet advertising.  These sessions will be conducted by industry leaders.  The sessions will be available via radio blog that the

students will have to call in to.  Students can also suggest topics for future lectures.

 

  1. Students will have to receive permission and approval from their schools to be an intern for University Primetime.  Internships will be available for 4 months sessions which include Fall (Sept. – Dec.) Spring (Jan – April) Summer (May-August)
