Division/Department: Corporate Accounting Shared Services Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ This is a paid, full-time opportunity Internship Job Description: · Assist in Month End Closing — JE’s · Prepare GL Account Analysis · GR-IR Analysis · Interco Reconciliation · Sales & Use Tax — Self Assessment · Inventory Analysis · Cash Analysis · Export Accounting · Strategic Summer Project Assignment (in addition to daily responsibilities — to be formally presented at end of summer to team and senior management) Qualifications: · Undergraduate students who are entering into their Senior year of college (graduation of December 2014 or May/June 2015) · Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting · Strong academic background evidenced by a GPA of 3.3 or higher · Flexibility to work in Berkeley Heights, NJ · Demonstrated leadership through participation in extra-curricular activities · Results oriented; creative; entrepreneurial; analytical · Superior problem solving, decision making and project management skills · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, specifically Excel · All students must be already authorized to be legally employed on an on-going basis in the US · Only students able to commit to full-time work from the last week in May/first week in June through the first week in August should apply Visit us at lorealusa.jobs to learn more about our company, culture, people, benefits and family of brands.
