Wholesale Women’s Apparel Sales
Are you interested in learning how a fashion company’s designs ends up in department stores across the country and online? The Wholesale Women’s Apparel Sales team is the liaison between Design’s final product and what the consumer sees in stores. This team is responsible for developing assortments targeted to the customer profile of each account. An internship with this team will provide exposure to seeing new product, teach how to analyze weekly selling reports to identify trends, and enable participation in Market Week, interacting with buyers.
A candidate fit for us:
- Your education may include Fashion, Marketing, Business or Communications
- You have retail experience
- You are skilled using Microsoft Suite
- You are organized, motivated and can manage a variety of task at once
- You have strong communication and problem solving skills
- You are deadline oriented and have a strong attention to detail
An internship fit for you:
- Assist the team with order placement from buyers
- Attend and assist the team during market appointments
- Assist with model castings and sample management
- Help prepare seasonal merchandising guides for each brand
