QVC has a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented multi-tasker to join our team as an Online Marketing Coordinator focused on Affiliate Marketing. At QVC, Affiliate Marketing is all about building relationships. As an Online Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help QVC continue to strengthen existing relationships with over 1000 publishers and work to forge new partnerships.
Reporting to the Affiliate Online Marketing Specialist, the Online Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the execution of Online Marketing plans and strategies for Affiliate Marketing.
Responsibilities include:
- Execution of Online Marketing plans.
- Identifying Internet marketing best practices.
- Tracking availability of media assets and product inventory.
- Assisting in implementing interactive strategy across categories.
- Analysis and reporting of Online Marketing results.
- Coordination of Legal and Vendor approval, as needed.
- Optimization of product titles and descriptions, as needed.
- Assisting in flighting of time-sensitive promotions.
- Acting as liaison between QVC and vendors.
- Mentoring and training the OLM intern.
- Responsible for recommending test or beta opportunities.
- Accountable for accurate and timely building of new promotions and ads to coordinate with those promotions.
- Accountable for accurate and timely optimization of campaigns by adjusting the different components of the campaigns to maximize results.
- Accountable for identifying trends in the online industry.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, eCommerce or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years professional business experience in an Internet, retail and/or merchandising environment.
- Must have knowledge of Online Marketing analytics.
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and goals.
- Ability to quickly analyze data/situations and draw relevant conclusions to have positive effects on business in a complex environment.
- Team player who has proven track record and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in order to achieve overall website and company sales objectives.
- Ability to comprehend and apply complex information.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with MS Access a plus.
