• Management of Bugatti car plan and customer test drives
o Ensure adequate coverage of press cars for dealer test drives
o Secure signatures as required for Vehicle Loan Agreement and Liability Waiver Form
o Invoice dealers for use of press cars
• Vehicle transportation
• Professional driver services
o In coordination with Bugatti After Sales, ensure press vehicles are properly maintained and any damage repaired.
• Dealer communicati ons as directed by the Bugatti Market Manager
• Event planning support
o Dealer attendance
• Guest invitations in coordination with Bugatti SAS. Promotion of Bugatti after sales products, drive programs, and merchandise to dealer organization to encourage dealer display and increased sales
• Assist with marketing materials and event preparation; including processing check requests and other administrative support
• Coordination of press activities in cooperation with Bugatti
‘s public relations firm
o Scheduling of press cars for events
o Communication of planned activities to secure involvement of Bugatti dealers as necessary
o Coordination of press activities with Bugatti SA S. priorities
• Support Market Manager with the order/delivery process to ensure all agreements and notifications are completed as required between dealers and Bugatti SAS
• Provide daily support to Bugatti Team as needed; miscellaneous special project support
• Periodic support for Bugatti After Sales personnel
Qualifications
Candidate must currently be enrolled in college or University, or have graduated in the past 6 months.
