Description
We are pleased to offer a six month International Internship starting in April 2014 at BMW of North America, LLC:
International Internship BMW NA – Domestic Human Resources
The intern‘s main duties will be supporting all HR Operations functions including but not limited to the following tasks:
Maintenance of HR Portal of the BMW Infonet, ensuring legal/audit compliance with all employment confirmations and filing of documentation.
Moreover the intern will be key user of online recruiting tool, accurate and timely generation and distribution of payroll reports and promotion/offer letters.
Furthermore management of the BMW Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) and being owner of the on-boarding process for new and transferring employees as well as tracking and distribution of weekly employee announcements is part of this job.
Additional responsibility will be scheduling annual roundtables and support HR Operations Manager with conducting both Portfolio Reviews and Succession Planning for the organization. The intern will be responsible for managing projects such as Employee Recognition and other various initiatives.
