The Procurement Co-op will provide administrative and analyst support to the North American Procurement Department. The Procurement Co-op will assist with:
Category management analytics;
Data analysis and creating cost models;
Analytical evaluation of RFI and RFP supplier responses;
The development and analysis of strategic sourcing events;
Reporting and other activities to meet cost reduction targets and optimize benefits.
Experience/Education:
Senior level undergrad or graduate student in Business; Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering Operations majors preferred.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills, Proficiency in Word & PowerPoint
Quantitative and analytical mindset is highly valued
Excellent attention to detail
Project management experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to facilitate and drive the implementation and acceptance of change within the workplace
Negotiation skills and international commerce knowledge
English required/Spanish a plus
