Job summary
The Red Hat Support Services team is looking for a Training Content intern to join our team next summer. In this role, you’ll create training modules and develop learning paths in the Red Hat Learning Management System. You’ll also learn to report on the effectiveness of training materials through the Red Hat Learning Management System. We move fast, and we’re constantly looking for ways to improve the products and services Red Hat offers. Interning at Red Hat gives you an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution and gain real world experience.
Primary job responsibilities
- Use existing AV recordings to create training modules in the Red Hat Learning Management System
- Develop skills-based-routing specific learning paths for support engineers
- Create training modules for major upcoming releases of Red Hat products
- Use the Red Hat Learning Management System’s reporting ability to assess training effectiveness for existing training modules
Required skills
- Interest in training content development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to move projects and initiatives to closure
- Ability to work well in a team and effectively interact with employees at all levels and across global regions
- Disciplined analysis and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Must be an undergraduate student or graduating in the spring of 2014
