Eidé Magazine is looking for editorial and design interns to join our team for Summer and Fall 2014.
Editorial Intern
Editorial interns are responsible for researching story leads and facts on the Internet, writing, fact-checking, copyediting, and reviewing editorial submissions and correspondence. Interns have the opportunity to acquire short published clips and gain exposure to many aspects of magazine publishing. Interns will also have the opportunity to become involved in marketing and sales initiatives.
We are looking for interns with exceptional writing and editing skills and meticulous attention to detail and factual accuracy. The best interns are assertive, ambitious and organized.

Design Intern
Interns are responsible for the development and execution of layouts for the print magazine, applying design principles such as color, typography, photographic selection, organizing elements and usability. Interns have the opportunity to acquire short published clips and gain exposure to many aspects of magazine publishing. Interns will also have the opportunity to become involved in marketing and sales initiatives.
We are looking for interns with expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and experience with photo editing, digital illustration and typography. Must have an ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail. The best interns are also assertive, ambitious and organized.
