NEWS ASSIGNMENT DESK / NEWS PRODUCTION INTERN

This internship is for one academic semester. The student’s participation can be up to 20 hours per week for a period of up to 4 months.
The student will assist in the overall preparation and planning of newscasts for Niticias 34 Atlanta: researching, organizing and assisting the News Director and the news team and other functions, based on daily needs.
Qualifications: Applicants should preferably have knowledge in Final Cut Pro, Mac and PC software/hardware, and using professional video cameras and audio gear, etc. Applicants must be enrolled in college, university, or community college.
Applicants must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
All applicants must submit a resume, short essay (one page max, in Spanish and/or English describing their personal goals and reasons they want to participate in this Internship), two letters of recommendation, and a recent grade slip.
