PRODUCTION ASSISTANT INTERN

This internship is for one academic semester. Students will assist in the overall production process in the Production Department: research, organizing and assisting the Creative Service Director’s agenda, capturing, dubbing, bouncing to tape, editing, assisting in pre-production, production and post-production, and all other functions as assigned based on each project and daily logs.
Qualifications: Applicants must have knowledge in suite and composition software, preferably Final Cut Pro and/or Avid as well as After FX, must be skilled in using professional video cameras and audio gear, and be a good writer with composition skills.
Applicants must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
All applicants must submit a short essay (preferably in Spanish, describing their personal goals and reasons why they want to participate in the internship), two letters of recommendation (at least one from a professor), and a recent school transcript.
