Social Media Intern Capstrat, Inc. – Raleigh, NC

Overview:
Capstrat is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Intern to join our growing social media team.

This role will support colleagues in the department on a variety of social media projects. The candidate MUST be passionate about utilizing traditional PR, digital and social media platforms to deliver maximum results.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities will include industry research, social media monitoring and reporting, conducting social media audits and developing social messaging.
• Must have excellent written and oral communications skills and keep current on the rapid shift in trends and social environments.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required in order to multitask in a work environment where priorities can change quickly.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Master’s or Undergraduate degree program or greater in journalism, public relations, marketing communications or related field
• Superior written and oral communications skills, strong organizational skills and proven project management capability
• Relevant prior job or internship experience
