- Proficiency in various software packages, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Support of Sales Service involves working directly with field sales, operations, and other cross-functional teams. Employees will support the sales force, making their lives easier by assisting with expediting shipments, order releases, order tracking, and more. Approximately 80% of the job will be email support, and 20% will be phone support. No technical knowledge or experience is needed! All that is “required” is an upbeat personality and a desire to learn.
