The job is being considered a ‘pilot program’. I am considering it a paid (fast-paced) internship that in less than 4 months can turn into a career.
college graduates.
The position is for a Sales Account Manager role with an IT staffing firm called Collabera. We staff for companies like IBM, Capital One, JP Morgan, Bank of America Etc. One of the VPs is starting this program so he may create new clients and bring the *sales account manager trainee* into the clients as Account Managers.
We need people who are willing to relocate and go above and beyond. Although it will not be an easy program it will be highly worth it. Your first 3 months you will be learning how recruiting works and be placed with a mentor. Your first 3 months pay is 12 dollars an hour- after the 90 days is up and they think you are worthy your new pay is 35k (base pay) Once the 6 months is up you will be moved into your client and be making a base pay of 45k. This is an opportunity for a college grad to make 50-60k there first year.
It is not a door to door, car salesman type role. This role is client centric and meant for people who like to go out and meet and provide help and service to our clients.
The cities after training are: New York, San Francisco, Plano, Texas, Chicago, Seattle, etc.
I am actively searching for people to train in the Richmond, VA office. But I am open to other candidates who can’t relocate there for training.
The type of individual we are seeking is one who is out going, driven, organized, has time management expertise and is a people person (cannot be awkward in group events or one on one).
