The Communication Strategy project needs an intern to assist with redesigning the HR website including content, functionality, and design. This would include researching other HR websites, taking notes on the user-friendliness and main content of the sight, and presenting that information at weekly group meetings. The intern would also assist in converting all forms to PDF and uploading to HR’s website. Once the new website is live, the intern will help the group update content through CommonSpot. The project also includes integrating social media into our recruitment process including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. We are also working on HR branding – an HR type treatment, an email style guide, and templates for email and frequently asked questions.
