Job description
- The Employee Wellness Program Manager is responsible for promoting the overall health and wellness of the employee population through improved health and wellness management.
- This individual will lead a team of contracted wellness professionals and work collaboratively with the Benefits Manager, Occupational Health Manager, and Director of Employee Benefits, Health, and Wellness to oversee the Living Well program.
- This person will also work collaboratively with the HR internal leadership team to set the direction for hospital-wide health, wellness, and well-being initiatives, communicate those initiatives to the senior leadership team and to the general employee population, and ensure successes through well-defined measurement criteria.
