Primary responsibilities and duties:

Manage execution of advertising and media plans in combination with agency (print, online, etc.).
Assist in development of sales/marketing promotions.
Assist in development and management of marketing assets (photo/video, etc.).
Manage website – keep current, design updates.
Manage social media – expanding our footprint in FB, Instagram and other public media.
Manage collateral sales/marketing materials (brochures, posters, POS, merchandise, sales support materials).
Assist in development of PR initiatives.
Manage marketing budgets.
Manage customer emails (and connecting with dealer prospect lists).
Help to develop strategic owner/prospect outreach programs.
Manage boat show contracts/arrangements.
Dealer Meeting management.
Developing dealer marketing programs/assets and driving execution.
Market data (SSI) management and analysis of market share and growth opportunities.
Track retail sales and report on trends.
Monitor Google Analytics to assess website traffic/trends, also other data such as Boattest.com.
Monitor and report on competitive activity.
Assist in development and execution of market research activities (through SurveyMonkey, outside vendors, etc.).

Qualifications:
To be successful an individual must have the following qualifications:
4-yr undergraduate degree preferred (communications, business, marketing or like)
3-5 years’ experience in a marketing-intensive role (agency or marketing department) – boat experience preferred.
Experience across traditional and digital marketing.
Ability to execute and interpret intermediate-level data/financial analytics.
Capable in basic office software (including MS Suite) and evidence of ability to handle JackBolt.
Excellent communications skills (written, oral, visual).
