Paid Internship for Teachers with Pearson!
We are excited to offer Teachers who are off for the summer this rare opportunity to train on the newest Pearson Curriculum! We are looking for passionate Teachers that want to expand their experience to include learning Professional Development Presenting. Not only is this a paid internship, you will also be paid to train and paid to travel nationally to shadow and learn from the Pearson Team!

Requirements:
- Intern MUST be enrolled in a Master’s Degree program (Education related)
- 1-5 years of K-12 teaching experience in a district setting
- Must be able to travel nationally and have close access to an airport
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups
- Ability to gain broad knowledge of K-12 curriculum products and platforms
- Strong technology skills including whiteboard, MS Office Suite, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote
- Demonstrated and proven customer satisfaction success strategies
- Project Duration: Summer Season 2017
Responsibilities:
- Participates in client-provided training to learn curriculum product(s) and completes product certification process.
- Assists in providing expert-level training to customers for educational print, blended, and digital programs.
- Assists in the successful in-service training and experiences for all customers.
- Plans and manages travel schedule and assignments to customer sites.
- Communicates regularly with Pearson staff and sales team as training sessions are planned and delivered.
- Assists in post activation follow up support if needs arise.
