North Carolina Public Radio-WUNC, the public radio station licensed to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, is hiring a News Administrative Intern.
The intern will provide administrative assistance to WUNC’s news team. Includes greeting guests for The State of Things, maintaining databases, and assisting reporters. There may be some opportunities for producing or reporting depending on the station’s needs and the intern’s ability.
This position is a 20 hour per week temporary position at WUNC’s downtown Durham office. The salary range is $12-15 per hour.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Journalism and radio experience preferred.
