Efran Films, an award winning production company in New York City is looking to hire and Office Manager/Executive Assistant.
Job duties include:
• setting up/arranging all meetings and calls for President/Executive Producer
• managing President/EP’s calendar, as well as the staff schedule
• Taking minutes on important calls
• booking travel for staff and crew
• maintaining the office/running errands (ordering supplies, snacks, etc.)
• keeping up with mail/office paperwork (completing forms, scanning documents, filing receipts/invoices)
• Managing interns • support VP of Development, Assistant Editor, Assistant Producer and Line Producer when needed
• Responsible for all gear/equipment (creating gear lists, check in/check out gear, gear rental orders, maintenance of gear, buying, etc)
