Viacom’s Campus to Career team strives to create best-in-class programs to attract top talent who can develop and grow their careers within our organization. If you know an exceptional student that you would strongly recommend for a summer internship at Viacom, please read the details below before completing a recommendation form. We will review all recommendations, but cannot guarantee an interview or placement.
Recommendation Guidelines:
· Intern recommendations are limited to one per employee.
· Please limit recommendations to rising college seniors or Master’s students only (those with graduation dates of Dec. 2019 or May 2020). Rising juniors may apply online.
· Summer interns must be available full time for a minimum of 10 weeks starting in June 2019.
Please keep the following in mind when recommending a candidate:
· You must upload the candidate’s resume when submitting the form.
· Candidates must also submit an official application here: Intern Candidate Link and list your full name and title as their employee referral source by Dec. 31, 2018.
· Candidates should have a minimum of one prior internship and relevant extracurricular activities on their resume.
· An accepted candidate will not be placed on the same team as the referring employee.
· To maintain fair hiring practices, we will not honor any attempt to secure an internship outside of the Campus to Career process.
· We will conduct interviews in Dec./Jan. and make all internship offers in Feb./March.

Important Campus to Career Program Updates:
- Intern Request Process – Due to increased competition for early career talent, we will determine intern placements based upon business needs and future conversion opportunities, and the recommendations of Campus to Career in partnership with HR and Viacom leadership. If selected to host a summer intern, we will notify your team by the end of the year.
