Spring 2020 Internship – Pitt County Schools, Greenville NC 

 

Internship for credit – unpaid 

Pitt County Schools Public Information Officer is looking for an intern for Spring 2020 to assist in updating print materials, creating social media content, and preparing materials for the media.  

 

Learning opportunities include but are not limited to: 

  • Graphic design and promotional material development and updating; 
  • Creating social media content, develop LinkedIn; 
  • Writing press releases and interacting with the media. 

 

Ideal candidate would be a junior or senior in communication with skills related to: 

  • Strong writing; 
  • Graphic design; 
  • Photography; 
  • Social media content creation and management; 
  • Experience with Hootsuite social media management tool; 
  • Adobe InDesign/Spark; 
  • Strong initiative and self-started.
