We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments as well as 1 and 2 bedroom duplexes in The Grid that are all walking distance to ECU Campus, Uptown Greenville, Tar River Greenway, Town Common and University Area Dog Park.
We own 100% of our carefully maintained properties and do not operate as a property management company for outside parties. Our company offers a 24 hour 7 day a week maintenance call service for all our resident’s needs.
Our properties are 100% Pet Friendly with a one-time minimal pet fee with a breed restriction.
About The Internship
Blount Properties is offering an internship to an ECU student to help implement and manage an Instagram campaign to attract ECU students to the site to help lease apts and duplexes for the 2020-2021 leasing season.
Blount Properties currently has an Instagram account but due to the labor intensity of property management, ownership does not have the time to implement and manage the Instagram account.
Photos can be provided by the ownership and/or the interns can take photos themselves provided COVID 19 does not impose a health issue. Hours are flexible.
