Description:
- Supervise administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close.
- Communicate with current clients on contract updates and present pricing options.
- Follow up with past cold and warm leads to cultivate new cliental.
- Transfer client information to CRM system and submit appropriate documentation to keep track of transaction activity.
- Aid real estate agents, and other clientele, with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
- Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly.
Part-time 8-12 hours a week.
