ECU Full-time position – Engagement & Outreach Specialist

The successful candidate will work as part of the library Assessment & Engagement team to develop, deliver, and manage library marketing and communication plans that promote our resources, services, staff, events and exhibits. They will manage content dissemination using social media platforms, our website, and other methods. The successful candidate will partner with colleagues throughout the library and university to make a positive difference for our students, faculty, and community.   • Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education Project management experience, especially in the area of library or higher education marketing, communication and/or outreach   
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills  
  • Web publishing experience with programs such as WordPress  
  • Management of social media platforms   
  • Design experience with programs such as Adobe Creative Suite
