We have an immediate opening for a paid Marketing & Communications Intern position in our Raleigh, NC office. The Marketing Intern is responsible for providing marketing and special programs support to the Resolvit sales, recruiting, and corporate teams in three key areas:
Marketing, Social Media, and Web
- Assist in the content creation and support of Resolvit’s social media initiatives, including Resolvit.com, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create digital content for use in marketing/sales lead generation strategies
- Provide graphics design support and coordinate content creation with subject owners to maintain information accuracy and currency.
- Assist in the editing of consultant resumes to maintain brand consistency
Event Planning and Delivery
- Support the planning and operation of all regional marketing events for clients, candidates, and employees. Events would include job fairs, MeetUps, charity outings, conference exhibits, webinars, all-hands meetings, and client outings.
- Prepare invitations and marketing materials to promote planned events and secure target attendance.
- Assist the Corporate Team in planning national events as requested.
Internal and External Communications
- Create and deliver external communications, including press releases, announcements, blogs, white papers, and published articles.
- Create and deliver graphics and textual content for internal employee communications to include announcements, newsletters, and blogs.
- Assist in creating content for sales presentations.
- Assist in creating content for internal training.
Requirements:
- College studies in Marketing, Communications, English or a related field
- Experience with marketing communications, copywriting/editing, social media, graphic design, and/or event planning and management a plus
- Excellent time/task management skills and a strong attention to detail
- Competency with core MS Office tools and/or relevant graphics software such as Illustrator, Vizio, etc.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus!
