Carver Machine Works (CMW Global) is an engineering-centered, disciplined metal fabricator and machine shop services provider. We employ our nation’s best craftsmen and engineers to produce and repair mechanical components for Industry and our Nation’s defense industries.

About the Project:
As we continue to grow, we’re working to improve our employee recruitment and retention practices. Part of this overall plan is to create a “Realistic Job Preview” of CMW Global. This 3-5 minute video will give the perspective applicant insight to what it means to be part our team. We’ll use this time to provide a few comments from myself and other members of our organization about our company, our values, the purpose of our company, the type of work we do and the opportunities we provide.
We’d like to give a student the opportunity to help us develop a script for this presentation, produce a video of our group and facilities and edit the video to create the maximum effect of being a part of CMW Global.
Project tasks include:
- Collaboration on video idea development
- Develop a script for 3-5 minute video
- Film video and edit into final product
Student needs to be:
- A self-starter
- Knowledgeable about writing scripts, videography, and editing
- Collaborative
