Type: Internship is 100% remote, requires a reliable laptop and wifi connection. Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and copywriting is preferred. Please specify which Adobe applications you are proficient in and provide any relevant examples.
Time commitment: 140 hours total, over the course of three months to fulfill ECU’s terms. Weekly hours are flexible however, we’d like you to balance it out to about 10-12 hours per week to meet this requirement and receive 3 academic credits.
Pay: $10 per hour. You will be paid on a bi-weekly basis, based on the total amount of hours you’ve worked during that pay period.

What You’ll Do: We are looking for a Social Media Intern to join the Growth Stack Media team. In this role, you will focus on oversight and management of our social media platforms -currently LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will define social strategies, create and optimize campaigns and be responsible for identifying and advising on the ever growing social media landscape.
In this role, you will:
Manage posting, scheduling content and engaging with the community
Optimize existing social media channels and establishing best practices, as well as identify new trends
Manage relationships with social media platforms, external influencer partners and agencies
Participating in defining social budgets, strategy and executing paid social activations
What We’re Looking For:
● 3-5 years of experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or social media management
● Ability to work part time in US EST time zone
● Excellent understanding of social media marketing and proven ability to execute campaigns across marketing initiatives, including experience with multiple social media platforms
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail
● Data driven mindset, including ability to translate campaign results into actionable insights and optimizations
● An understanding and awareness of industry trends and emerging platforms
● Creative and critical thinking skills
● Strong self-motivation and work ethic
● Problem-solving skills
● A team-focused outlook
● Experience (or passion for) for technology, media and entertainment
